Terms and Conditions

Bulbul is an independent digital service based in the Sultanate of Oman.

Bulbul is a companion for practising spoken English through WhatsApp voice notes. It provides conversation, gentle correction, and limited memory for continuity. It is not an academic course, live-call service, or guaranteed replacement for a teacher.

• Provide accurate information and protect your login details.
• Use a WhatsApp number you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not use the service for abuse, fraud, or unlawful content.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, or access another person’s account.

Adults consent for themselves. If the user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the minor’s use of the service and data processing under these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Bulbul’s replies are generated automatically and may be wrong or unsuitable for a particular context. Use corrections for general practice, not as professional, medical, or legal advice, or as a guarantee of a specific learning outcome.

The free trial lasts 3 days and needs no card. It begins after WhatsApp verification and the arrival of your first eligible voice note, not at account creation or setup. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Dodo Payments checkout and paid subscriptions are not live yet. You can create an account and start the free trial only.

Weekly pricing is $3.49; monthly pricing is $11.99, in US dollars before applicable taxes. Once checkout launches, the final total appears before purchase.

Once paid subscriptions launch, weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Bulbul relies on external services for hosting, messaging, speech, AI processing, and payments once launched. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to its terms and policies. Bulbul does not store card data.

Bulbul’s terms of service are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and accounts may be restricted for misuse. Bulbul’s brand and content are protected. We ask for renewed consent after a material terms update. Questions: support@bulbul.website.
